Refund Policy

As you know, our community events are priced on a pay-what-you-wish contribution basis. There is no payment required to attend.

If you can no longer attend the event you signed up for:

  1. Swap events – Sign up for a future event for free instead. This way, you’re pay-what-you-wish contribution still helps our community and you can attend another event that fits with your schedule.
  2. Refund request – To request a refund, use this contact form or email [email protected]:
    • Use the subject “Refund.”
    • All refund requests must be received at least 24 hours before the event begins.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
