About our speaker
Jenn Chapman (@Jennac93) is an online health coach and founder of The Fit Nomad programs.
Since her beginning in online fitness in 2017, Jenn has helped hundreds of men and women around the world get fit from the comfort of their home or in the gym through her ‘Sweat with Jenn’ and ‘Fit Professional’ programs.
Over her years of travel she heard the same story one too many times – ‘keeping the travel pounds off is always much harder than expected’. She decided to change the narrative and create a program specifically with the travel community in mind, and in mid-2021 The Fit Nomad program was born!
Jenn has been traveling and working remotely with her fiancé since February 2020, visiting and living in over 25 countries together so far (with no end in sight!)
