This month we feature local travel author Stuart Thornton (stuartthornton.com). He has created numerous Moon Travel Guides for the West Coast. He is uniquely qualified to share with us about best getaways along the California coast – many which may be news to you!
We’ll enjoy (another) International Potluck as we come together. Bring a simple dish to share if you can (not required). Fun games, times to connect with others, and even cool prizes! Let’s talk about local and international adventure, cultures, cuisines, languages, mindsets, art, literature and music – and learn from one another as well.
We are a family-friendly group that comes together on the first Thursday of each month to build a healthy community among like-minded travelers who call the Monterey Bay Area their home. We also encourage travelers who are passing through to join us. At our monthly meetups, we talk about travel and encourage each other to fulfill our travel dreams – and inspire others.
The broader TNN community is vibrant, and the events – both online and now in-person – are places to learn from others while sharing experiences, knowledge, resources, friendship – and laughter!
