Join AK Turner as she breaks down the book writing process.

In this free virtual event, this New York Times bestselling author of the Vagabonding with Kids series will discuss:

  • how to approach another culture in print
  • publishing options
  • common pitfalls for first-time authors

If you’re curious about writing a book and want to learn more about the process, this event will be really helpful and informative. If you’ve already written or published a book and want to see how other people are doing it, this could be really helpful for you too!

AK TURNER is the New York Times bestselling author of This Little Piggy Went to the Liquor Store; Mommy Had a Little Flask; Hair of the Corn Dog; Vagabonding with Kids; Vagabonding with Kids: Australia; Vagabonding with Kids: Brazil; and Vagabonding with Kids: Alaska. Along with her husband and two daughters, they comprise a digital nomad family. Turner has traveled to Greece, Scotland, France, the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Canada, the Netherlands, and Italy; and completed extended trips (1-4 months) to Russia, Palau, Vanuatu, Mexico, Morocco, England, Spain, Australia, Ireland, Thailand, and Brazil. When not traveling, she lives in Boise, Idaho, and is the president of the Idaho Writers Guild.
