She's a 30-something blogger who concentrates on the Caribbean, The African Diaspora, as well as the U.S. She is the founder of Dr. Emmanuela Consulting (dremmanuelaconsulting.com) where she helps individuals and organizations get unstuck through her services as a career coach, diversity researcher, and consultant. Emmanuela recently earned her PhD where her research centers on race, ethnicity, and gender among Black women.

Emmanuela is also a TNN Chapter Leader in Fort Lauderdale!
