Description

We, travelers, know how important traveling is to expand kids' horizons and build an understanding of other cultures.

The challenge is how can we provide these eye-opening experiences consistently, especially when travel isn't even possible?

Fortunately, technology now makes it possible for kids to experience many of the benefits of travel without leaving home. In this session, we will explore virtual "travel" resources specifically designed for kids, including VR field trips, online PenPals, and more. These resources include lessons to help children reflect on their experience, as well as project-based activities that encourage kids to be creative and share their learning with peers around the world.

Join us if you'd like to hear how technology can be used to transform the minds of the next generation into global thinkers.

Note: You do not have to have children of your own to attend this event - it's open and valuable to everyone who dreams about a more inclusive future generation.
