Join award-winning solo female travel expert Kristin Addis from "Be My Travel Muse" as she talks to Nomadic Matt about how she started WANDERBABE, a female-owned and operated clothing company with a mission to reduce chemicals in cloth, use green energy, and donate a portion of their profits to charity.

Kristin will talk about why she started this company, her goals, and the challenges — and opportunities — she's faced along the way.

KRISTIN ADDIS is the solo female travel blogger behind the award-winning blog, http://bemytravelmuse.com. In the last 8 years, she has hitchhiked solo across China, free dive with humpback whales in the South Pacific, led women's adventure tours all around the world, launched 2 books and 3 courses AND a clothing line, and even became a Buddhist nun for 10 days in Thailand.

Her vision of a better world is one where more women are empowered and living out their dreams. Her ethical clothing line, Wanderbabe Clothing, is the physical manifestation of the same mission - to empower women. The brand is owned, operated, run, and thought up entirely by women, and the company seeks to empower more women around the world through donating proceeds of what is made to organizations that support female entrepreneurs, provide scholarship funds, and help survivors of sexual assault.
