Long-term travel is, in fact, all it’s cracked up to be! It’s exhilarating, exotic, and life-changing, and it can also come with its own set of challenges. After all, real-life needs and responsibilities don’t just disappear!

If the goal is to travel long term, you have to travel in a way that allows for you to sustainably go from place to place while preventing burnout, exhaustion, and loneliness (all very real things that travelers experience, but are rarely talked about).

During this event we will talk about what it truly takes to travel long term, from the commitments we have to make, to how to keep moving forward when you feel depleted, we will cover ways to feel and stay grounded mentally, emotionally, and physically, while you’re out there doing what you do best: Exploring the world!

It takes an incredibly strong and courageous person to even seriously consider leaving their world behind and taking a long term journey! I will share what to expect and why being mindful and staying strong is just as important!

JASMIN PERLA’s travel journey starts back in 2015 when she bought a one-way ticket to South America and quit her full-time job to do some soul searching. Her understanding of social media and her following grew from there, sharing her travels, life experiences, and stories of personal growth on the road. She has since started her own business and continues to use her social media platforms to advocate for mental health, mindset, and pursuing your wildest passions. She loves sharing travel hacks, tips, and real-life stories that help people get a grasp on what long-term travel is all about. She believes we’re all here for connection and that travel allows us the perspective to understand that we are all so much more alike than we are different! And that’s what it’s all about. Her brand reminds us all that life is an adventure and should be lived fearlessly.
