Lots of people are curious about Native American history. However, few ever get the opportunity to travel to a reservation.
This TNN session will feature Rebekah Jarvey, an indigenous fashionista, beader, and sewer from Rocky Boy, Montana.
As Rebekah's website says, "being indigenous is so beautiful."
Rebekah will show us that beauty and what it's like to live on her reservation, where she was born and raised. She'll also share her passion for fashion and how she's incorporated her culture into her stylish masks, skirts, and fashionable creations. This session will end with a virtual fashion show of her newest collection.
Take a peek into Rebekah's world as we virtually learn about her life, culture, and creations.
REBEKAH "CARRIES SWEET GRASS WOMAN" JARVEY is a Chippewa Cree and Blackfeet self-proclaimed - Indigenous Fashionista - from Rocky Boy, Montana. Rebekah is a fourth-generation beader and sewer.
