Do you dream of living overseas?

Ever wanted to shop for your weekly produce on the streets of Bangkok, Brazil, Belize, Budapest, or Bali?

Ever wanted to live in a beachy neighborhood in Ghana, Guyana, Grenada, or Guatemala?

Ever wanted to hop around the globe spending each weekend in a different country?

But seriously, how can you afford to do that?! Don't you need a ton of money to travel freely?

The short answer is, "no". Money shouldn't be your barrier to travel.

In this talk, Caitlyn (who has been to 78 countries on all 7 continents by the age of 22) will teach you how to stretch your dollars while living or studying abroad through travel hacks like:

  • Learning how to finesse budget airlines
  • Strategies for actually getting sleep on cheap overnight buses
  • How to choose a good (cheap) hostel
  • Other tips for balling on a budget while still maximizing your ability to immerse yourself in local culture while abroad!

CAITLYN LUBAS has been to 78 countries and all 7 continents by the age of 22, and is publishing a book called You Are Where You Go: A Traveler's Coming of Age Journey with the goal of inspiring others to see travel as a way to learn and grow outside their comfort zones. She has studied abroad 6 times across 5 continents while attending NYU and earning a degree in Marketing and Global Business, going on to work in a product strategy role for Instagram Stories post-grad.

She is soon making the leap to being a full time travel entrepreneur and is currently living the digital nomad life, hopping around the US while working remotely. Caitlyn is passionate about travel, food, culture, and music, and is happy to share travel recommendations anytime!
